Zephaniah 3:3-5

New International Version

³ Her officials within her
    are roaring lions;^(A)
her rulers are evening wolves,^(B)
    who leave nothing for the morning.^(C)
4 Her prophets are unprincipled;
    they are treacherous people.^(D)
Her priests profane the sanctuary
    and do violence to the law.^(E)
5 The Lord within her is righteous;^(F)
    he does no wrong.^(G)
Morning by morning^(H) he dispenses his justice,
    and every new day he does not fail,^(I)
    yet the unrighteous know no shame.^(J)
